TERMS OF WORK
Prepayment terms
The prepayment reserves your project in my queue. I start working on it within 24 hours of receiving payment.
First 24 hours
Cancelling within 24 hours of payment
I refund the prepayment minus 20% — compensation for holding the slot in my schedule and turning down other clients for that period.
After 24 hours
Cancelling more than 24 hours after payment
The prepayment is non-refundable: by then work on your project has already started, and the prepayment covers the work done, whatever stage it has reached.
Recording the work
Proof of the work completed
The amount of work completed at the time of cancellation is recorded in the project files (mockups, code) and provided to the client on request.
These terms are agreed before payment and form part of our working agreement.
