How long it takes to build a website

Timelines depend on complexity and on how fast approvals are. Here are the benchmarks I work with.

How long it takes to build a website

Typical timelines

Landing page: 1–2 weeks, multi-page website: 3–4 weeks, platform (shop, account area, booking): from 4 weeks.

Timelines count from the prepayment and receiving all materials.

What affects the timeline

Speed of mock-up approval, availability of texts and photos, number of pages and features, integrations (payment, delivery).

Complex modules extend the timeline and are discussed separately.

How not to delay the launch

Prepare materials before the start, answer questions within a day and approve the mock-up as one block rather than in parts.

This way a landing page can even launch faster.
