5 mistakes on small business websites

Small mistakes on a site cost you requests every day. Here are the five I see most often and how to fix them.

5 mistakes on small business websites

1. No prices, not even approximate ones

A person does not want to write just to find out the amount and goes to the one who already shows it. Add at least “from …”: a guideline is better than silence.

2. Hidden contacts

The client is ready to write but has to search where. A contact button (Telegram, WhatsApp) must be visible on every screen.

3. No reviews and no examples of work

Without them it is hard to believe you can be trusted with money. Two or three real reviews and a few works next to the request button are enough.

4. A beautiful picture without describing the services

A person looks at a nice picture and does not understand what exactly you offer. You need one clear headline: what, for whom and what is included.

5. The site does not open well on a phone

Most people come from a smartphone. If it is awkward there, they go to a competitor within seconds. Open your site on a phone and go through the path to a request.
